As a paying customer for Modmail a Minion Industries staff member trained in ModMail usage is assigned to your server to assist with setup as well as acting as a personal support agent to provide quick assistance to resolve the issue.
If you don’t wish to have an assigned agent please state such in your ticket and a member will guide you through the setup process.
Note that opting to not have a dedicated support agent will result in slower response times should an issue arise.
