This plugin generates a menu for members when opening a ticket

Set hours of operation. This will notify users when they open a ticket inside or outside of the set hours.
Ticket Stats
Shows your support statistics such as opened tickets, how many were closed in the last 24 hours, and how many tickets were closed total.
